Please register at the CAO US Valuation Conference desk outside the Doyle Ballroom from 08.15am on 8 September 2008 for the Regional Airline Day and 08.15am on 9 September 2008 for the Valuation Conference.  The Conference will start promptly at 09.00am.

 

On arrival you will receive your badge and a set of proceedings. Please wear your badge throughout the day as a courtesy to other delegates and to help us find you should you have any messages.

You are welcome to make a substitution at any time.  Unfortunately, as stated on the registration form, no refunds are given after 28 July, including for non-attendance at the conference.
