Mr. Warlick currently serves as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Banking. In such capacity, he is responsible for all corporate finance and capital markets transactions, domestic and international banking, cash and short-term investment management, derivatives and hedging programs and carbon emission trading and strategy. During his fifteen years at American, he has served in a variety of roles in Corporate Development, Financial Planning and Information Technology.
Prior to joining American, Mr. Warlick held a number of positions in investment banking. He earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at DukeUniversity and a Bachelor’s degree from Denison University
