Mr. Kelly joined AVITAS in 1997 where he serves as Vice President - Asset Valuation and Chief Appraiser. He has responsibility for the company’s valuation activities, including aircraft and engine appraisals and the publication of the AVITAS Bluebooks (Jet, Turboprop and Jet Engines). 

 

Prior experience includes four years at Federal Express as the company’s Fleet Planning Advisor and ten years at McDonnell Douglas in Market Development as an Airline Financial Planner.

 

Mr. Kelly graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont College. He is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
